How to switch between projects

Switch projects

Section titled “Switch projects”
  1. Click the project switcher in the toolbar/header
  2. Select the project you want to open

The Explorer, Canvas, Palette, and Properties all update to show the selected project’s contents.

Layout persistence

Your panel layout is saved per project. When you switch back to a project, panels are restored to their positions and sizes from your last session.

Dirty diagram guard

If you have unsaved diagram changes when switching projects:

  1. A prompt appears asking you to save or discard changes
  2. Choose Save to preserve your diagram layout before switching
  3. Choose Discard to abandon unsaved changes and switch immediately

This prevents accidental loss of diagram work.
