How to manage organisation members

View members

Section titled “View members”

Open Settings (gear icon) > Members. You’ll see all organisation members and pending invitations.

Change a member’s role

Section titled “Change a member’s role”
  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Change their role between Admin and Member

Only Owners and Admins can change roles. The Owner role cannot be changed through this interface.

Remove a member

Section titled “Remove a member”
  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click Remove

The person immediately loses access to the organisation and all its projects. Their data (elements they created, property values they set) remains in the model.

Notes

Section titled “Notes”
  • Removing someone from the organisation also removes them from all projects within it
  • You cannot remove the Owner — ownership must be transferred first
  • Removed members can be re-invited later
