How to manage organisation members

View members

On the dashboard, open Organisation Settings and go to the Users tab. You’ll see all organisation members and pending invitations. Each member also has a type — Member (belongs to this organisation) or Guest (invited in from another organisation).

Change a member’s role

1. Find the member in the list
2. Change their role between Admin and Contributor

Only Owners and Admins can change roles. The Owner role cannot be changed through this interface.

Remove a member

1. Find the member in the list
2. Click Remove

The person immediately loses access to the organisation and all its projects. Their data (elements they created, property values they set) remains in the model.

Notes

• Removing someone from the organisation also removes them from all projects within it
• You cannot remove the Owner — ownership must be transferred first
• Removed members can be re-invited later
