How to configure organisation settings

Access organisation settings

Open Settings (gear icon) > Account.

Jurisdiction

Section titled “Jurisdiction”

Set your organisation’s regulatory jurisdiction:

  • NZ — New Zealand
  • AU — Australia
  • UK — United Kingdom
  • Other

Notification thresholds (BRAG)

Section titled “Notification thresholds (BRAG)”

Configure BRAG (Blue-Red-Amber-Green) thresholds that control when compliance indicators change status. These are organisation-wide defaults.

Available thresholds include timing windows for action alerts, training expiry warnings, and inspection scheduling indicators.

Notes

Section titled “Notes”
  • Only Owners and Admins can modify organisation settings
  • Settings apply across all projects in the organisation
  • Members see the effects of these settings (e.g., notification timing) but cannot change them
