How to invite someone to your organisation

Send an invitation

1. On the dashboard, open Organisation Settings and go to the Users tab
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter the person’s email address
4. Optionally enter their display name
5. Select a role: Admin or Contributor
6. Click Send Invitation

An email is sent to the invitee. The invitation appears in your member list as Pending.

Track invitations

Pending invitations are visible in the Members section. Each shows the email address, assigned role, and status (Pending, Accepted, or Revoked).

Revoke a pending invitation

1. Find the pending invitation in the Members list
2. Click Revoke

The invitation link becomes invalid immediately.

Notes

• Only Owners and Admins can invite members
• The invitee receives an email with a link to accept — if they don’t have a Farkitect account, they create one first
• Organisation membership is required before someone can access any project — see How to manage project members
