How to contact support

You can reach the Farkitect team from inside the app or from the website — both open the same Contact Support form.

From the modeller

Section titled “From the modeller”

Open Help > Support…. A dialog appears with:

  • Subject (optional) — a short summary
  • What can we help with? — your question, issue, or feedback

Click Send. You’ll see a confirmation that your message was sent, and the team will get back to you by email.

From the website

Section titled “From the website”

On the dashboard, click the Support button in the top bar. It opens the same form.

Tips

Section titled “Tips”
  • Include enough detail to reproduce an issue — what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened.
  • Feedback and feature requests are welcome here too, not just problems.
